Lindsay Tanne | Executive Director

Throughout the six years of their marriage, Lindsay Tanne built a home, a family, a global company, and a beautiful life with Jesse. While their love story was cut far too short by his death in 2017, Lindsay is committed to carrying his legacy forward by recognizing the potential in others in helping them achieve their dreams.

As the CEO of LogicPrep, Lindsay is a member of NACAC, the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), an invite-only organization comprised of some of the most successful entrepreneurs under 40, and an associate member of IECA. Lindsay has been featured as a thought leader and writer in publications including Forbes, Inc.The Huffington Post, & Teen Vogue.

Lindsay is the proud mom to Eve Jesse Kolber, born in April 2018 – 6 months after Jesse's passing – and lives in Manhattan.


Jamie Kenyon | Academic Director

In his decade of working alongside Jesse and Lindsay, Jamie Kenyon built a close friendship with both of them. After Jesse's passing, Jamie felt it only natural to dedicate himself to preserving Jesse's legacy and helping to increase access to educational opportunity. Jamie led the development of LogicPrep’s ACT and SAT verbal curriculums but also enjoys teaching math, history, and literature. No matter what he is teaching, Jamie’s logical approach and calm demeanor inspire confidence in his students. When not busy with his work for LogicPrep or the Jesse Kolber Foundation, Jamie spends his time on a wide range of passions, including sports, music, literature and his beloved dogs, Duke and Hobbes.


Kim Denny | Secretary & Treasurer

Kim Denny has been involved with the Jesse Kolber Foundation from the start. Following Jesse's passing in 2017, she helped establish the Foundation as a way to make Jesse Kolber's vision of preparing underserved students for college into a reality. Kim is passionate about making education accessible to all students and is committed to helping students feel empowered, no matter their circumstances. 

Outside of the Jesse Kolber Foundation, Kim has volunteered with youth and children organizations, inspiring young people to reach their goals and find their passions. She is also the Director of Operations at LogicPrep and resides in Southern California with her husband (Ryan), daughter (Lily), and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Arthur).


Fred Tanne | Board Member

Fred Tanne had a 30-year career as a private equity and mergers and acquisitions lawyer. In that role, he advised private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their deals doing including mergers, capital raises, and corporate governance. He was a Founding Member of and a Senior Partner at the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis and was elected to serve as one of 15 members of the firm’s Global Management Committee.

Fred has also been active in the not-for-profit space and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the ASPCA, the largest animal welfare organization in the United States.
